This is the chocolate shop established in Sapporo.
This shop makes Bean To Bar chocolate.
Bean To Bar is the method to make chocolate in one shop where they roast their own cacao beans to make a chocolate bar. It leads to SDGs in terms of small batches, simple recipes, and connecting producers and consumers.
This method started in America a few years ago. Recently, chocolate shops using this method in Japan are increasing steadily. It is receiving a lot of attention in the chocolate industry.
This is the chocolate bar. You can enjoy the various country’s chocolate such as Ghana, India, and Honduras.
The price is about 1000 yen. It seems dear, but it is worth its price.
There is a half size chocolate bar, so if you want to eat a little or you don’t have enough money to buy a full size, you should buy it.
Saturdays Chocolate sells not only chocolate bars but also chocolate drinks, brownies, and so on.
Look at this picture. This is a chocolate drink!! I drank it when I was a high school student.
It was really delicious so I recommend you to drink it once!!
Saturdays Chocolate has only two stores in Sapporo.
One of the two stores is located on the first basement floor in Stellar place, Sapporo Station.
