Let’s go to Heiwa-no-Taki!
Hi, everyone. My name is Tomoyoshi Kanai.
I
would like you to go to Heiwa-no-Taki. Have you ever been to Heiwa-no-Taki? Heiwa-no-Taki
in Miyanosawa is shown on the map below.
You should go to the Heiwa-no-Taki. The
meaning of the name is waterfall of peace in Japanese. It comes from place
names in the surrounding area.
It has a drop of about 10 meters. It is
located relatively close to the city center and is therefore visited by many
citizens.
In fact, it is also a haunted spot. There
are rumors of various psychic phenomena. Some people say that it is one of the
most famous haunted spots in Sapporo. Now, I will show two kinds of psychic
phenomena that have happened there.
Firstly, you may be able to see a
motionless figure when you visit there at night. This figure appears to be
staring at a waterfall, but its gender and age vary depending on the person who
sees it. There is a common rumor which says you must not see this figure’s
face. If you see the face, you may be able not to go back home.
Second, you may be able to hear strange sounds.
You may hear moaning or whispering. These are mainly heard at night. Some
people say that you can hear, “Don’t come”. When you visit there, you may hear
these sounds. Believe it or not, it is up to you.
On the other hand, of course, it is a
beautiful place. Also, it is a power spot and sightseeing area. I suggest that
you visit there in summer because you feel cool thanks to the waterfall.
Moreover, you can enjoy the scenery in each
of the four seasons. This picture was taken in the fall. I was impressed by the
spectacular natural scenery. You can also enjoy the scenery in the snow.
In addition, this waterfall emits negative
ions, so you can heal both your body and your mind. Negative ions are said to
be effective in regulating blood flow and self-regulation of the nervous
system, so people who want to experience these effects often visit this waterfall.
As I mentioned above, it is so wonderful!
If you are interested in psychic phenomena, negative ions or just beautiful
scenery, you should go.
